Repair Policy
We guarantee this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of original purchase. If any defects appear during the warranty period please mail or fax:

1) A copy of the warranty
2) A sales receipt as a proof of purchase & starting date of warranty

Please include $25.00* for shipping & handling for the Continental US., a copy of your receipt, a copy of the warranty, your contact information & the repair authorization number. We will repair or replace the product without charge under our decision. Please allow 4-8 weeks for repair & returns. This warranty does not cover normal wear & tear, improprer handling, or accidental damage. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, but you may have other rights which vary from state to state. Airline damages must be claimed through airline carrier.
